Victoria is a historic neighborhood that has been part of Riverside since it’s foundation. This neighborhood was originally part of the Arlington Heights subdivision and only a small portion to the east was added in the early 1960’s. The streets flow with the land and many notable features are located in this neighborhood.

One of the most notable features is Victoria Avenue. The Avenue is a landmark and was designed to mirror the divided carriage-way of Magnolia Avenue. Also located within this neighborhood is the California School for the Deaf, Olivewood Cemetery, Victoria Country Club, and Rockledge. Rockledge is a 3 story house that was recently restored and a collaboration by the developer Mathew Gage and a local architect Priestly Hall designed to provide an impressive entry marker on top of Victoria Hill.

This neighborhood is rich in history and can be enjoyed through the existing architecture and felt as you ride through the neighborhood on Victoria Avenue.
